I'm for the people. It might sound cliche, but it's true. I've always wanted to do all the things, but I couldn't figure out how. I've been planning, organizing, and encourage people for as long as I can remember. Whether it was a birthday party or a corporate event, I love details and watching a vision come to life. If a friend was in need, I was always right there with a pep talk. It took me well into my adult years to realize I had several skill sets that could benefit others.
In 2017, I planned, organized, and execute my first corporate event, Building Bosses, Youth Leadership conference with Vision Driven 757. I created several events, workshops, and conferences for nonprofit organizations, corporate teams, and community organizations.
In 2020, when the pandemic hit, just like everyone else, I was lost. The world shut down, and I could no longer bring events to life.
Although I was able to continue doing community work, I felt like everyone was suffering. I talked more and more to different people who thought they had lost their light way before the pandemic and needed help and encouragement to survive their day-to-day lives. Those conversations turned into weekly check-ins, goal setting, power pushes, and whatever else required to help people tap into their power.
Now… we are working. I consult with leaders on practical and effective skills to lead their teams/organizations, coach individuals ready to get out of their way, assist or plan and execute corporate and community events, and speak to the masses on arising from setbacks and changing your mindset.
